Henkel in Thailand
Henkel began its business operations in Thailand on 4th January 1972. The Company at that time imported and distributed chemical products, including cosmetics, adhesives, textile and leather dyestuff, detergents, and cleansing agents, from Germany. Since then, the Company has been growing dramatically and started local production in 1980. The production later on does not only support the Thai local market, but also support international markets within South-east Asia region.
This year, 2007, marks as 35th anniversary of Henkel Thailand. Currently, we employ approximately 300 employees and cover two business sectors.
