This is why it is necessary to produce this high-tech materials by combining fabrics with breathable membranes or with barrier materials.

These textile composites have to fulfill the steadily increasing demands of the market, e.g. extreme resistance to laundering, chemicals or heat while preserving the breathability and wearing comfort.

To fulfill the given requirements in any specific case, Henkel has an innovative product range of adhesives covering almost every possible chemistry. The focus are polyurethane adhesives that are sold under the trade name Liotex. 

By innovative adhesive systems it is possible to adjust the properties to address a specific problem. Here it is possible to find the right adhesive for the existing machine and the challenge that the laminate has to withstand.

In order to comply with Sustainable Development and Responsible Care principles, we develop modern adhesives that take into account resource conservation, recycling, energy consumption, emissions to the atmosphere and wastewater.
